Cookie’s name is a playful combination of her parents: Chaca’s Mysterious Muffin Man and Storybook’s Midnight Serinade. From Muffin Man came the inspiration for something sweet from the kitchen, while Midnight Serinade gave us the other half of her registered name: Storybook’s Midnight Snickerdoodle. She also carries forward the legacy of our beloved retired boy, Angel’s Rumour Has It He’s a Storybook Gigolo. Through Cookie, a treasured part of his line continues into Storybook’s future. Her temperament is exceptionally sweet. Cookie has a gentle, loving nature paired with the joyful spirit of a youngster who believes life should always include time to play—especially when there is a ball to chase. She is still growing and becoming the dog she is meant to be, but with every passing day, we find ourselves loving her more. Cookie represents both a cherished connection to our past and the promise of what is still ahead: a beautiful young girl with sweetness, playfulness, and a very special Storybook legacy.
