About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Storybook Maltese app or website. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information, not a guarantee

Dog stories, nursery plans, heat-cycle timing, breeding dates, pregnancy information, due dates, litter expectations, and reservation totals are provided for general information and planning. Biology is unpredictable. Dates, pairings, pregnancy outcomes, litter sizes, puppy availability, and timing may change and are not guarantees.

Questionnaires and approval

The official New Owner Questionnaire is hosted by Jotform and submissions go directly to Storybook's existing Jotform applicant database. Submitting it does not guarantee approval, create a reservation, promise a puppy, or establish a purchase agreement. Approval alone does not place a family on the ordered reservation list. Any deposit, reservation, sale, health guarantee, pickup, delivery, or placement terms must be separately agreed with Storybook Maltese.

Responsible use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to enter private areas without permission, interfere with its operation, copy private information, submit false or unlawful material, or use Storybook content in a misleading way.

Content and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Storybook Maltese owns or is authorized to use the app's original text, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, and design. Personal, noncommercial viewing is welcome. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires written permission.

Third-party services

The app may link to or display services such as YouTube. Storybook is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may correct records, update content, change features, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. We work to keep information accurate and the app available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
